Our Story
Good food and good times come together here.
Pho King began the way many good things do — around a table, late at night, with too much food and even more laughter. From our roots as a supperclub and a stall, we now serve awesome Vietnamese food made with quality ingredients and a lot of love from our own little restaurant.
Our signature phở broth is painstakingly boiled, made with Australian beef and the freshest spices. It takes hours of patience — but one spoonful tells you why we bother.
As we both love food so much, we hope that you will enjoy the food that we make as much as we do.
The Broth
Simmered for hours with Australian beef bones, charred ginger, star anise and cinnamon until it turns liquid gold.
The Bowl
Silky rice noodles, fresh herbs, lime and chilli on the side — built your way, finished at the table.
